Genesis Gemini Shop Shopping Processing

1. Sign Up / Login to personal account
2. Selecting Goods in Genesis Gemini Shop
3. Adding selected goods to the Cart
4. Confirming the order, including selected goods, quantity, pricing, and discount (if available)
5. Checking out
6. Confirming the receiver's information/details
7. Select the payment method and complete the process
8. Receiving confirmation letter via registered email address
9. Receive your goods.

Order Tracking

Once Genesis Gemini Shop receives your order's payment, it will take 3-5 days to inspect the selected goods. If the goods are damaged or issued and cannot be shipped, they will be emailed to the client. 

Once the goods are shipped, the order status will be updated to "In Delivery"

Once you have received the goods, the order status will be updated to "Completed"

If the order status is updated to "Payment Failed", it means the order has not been completed the payment. You will need to replace the order once again. 

Order Revising

If you need to update your order, please send an email to our cs@genesisgemini.com and provide your order reference number, the items' SKU, and the quantity you might be adding or deducting. Once the order is revised, order will not be available for any changes again.  

Adding new items will not provide any current order's discount or special offering.

Deducting items will affect any applied current order's discount or special offering. If a special offering bundle includes some sort of items, once the related items are deducted, the pricing will be adjusted to the original pricing. 

Any updates or changes will affect the recalculation of the shipping fee.

7-Day RMA Guarantee

Genesis Gemini Shop provides a 7-day RMA Guarantee for RMA cases and Goods' conditions, to exempt the RMA service charges or shipping fee as below situations:
1. Shipping wrong or damaged items (excluding shipping boxes or artwork boxes)
2. Non-human-made damaged,  defective, or production quality issues.

Friendly reminder:
1. The 7-day RMA Guarantee starts from the date of receipt of goods.
2. Goods and packing must be the same as the selling conditions and include all accessories, parts, including product warranty card and registration card  (if the product is included)
3. RMA case or Return must be sent back with the delivery receipt or invoice, otherwise, Genesis Gemini Shop will not be able to process.
4. Defective or On-Sale items are not included in the 7-Day RMA Guarantee or return.
5. Discounted or promotional items must be returned with the whole order; partial returns are not available.
6. If RMA or return reason is not related to production quality or shipping the wrong items, the customer must be responsible for all the shipping fees of orders; the final refunding payment will be the Goods' net pricing only. (If the order applied for exempted shipping fees, the final refunding payment will be the difference after the Goods' net pricing  is deducted by the related shipping fees)
7. Refunding payment will be through by the Bank within 30 working days, refunding to your payment account. Actual timing will be based on the Bank's working days for reference.
8. Hong Kong Genesis Gemini Limited reserves the right to make the final decision on all disputes.

Defective / On-sale Categories

1. Defective or On-sale Categories are not available for any discount, special offering, RMA, or return.
